Refund Policy

Kavia Digital Atelier provides digital, creative, and strategic services. Because our work involves time, expertise, and custom deliverables, all purchases and service fees are considered final.

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made for digital services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • social media management

  • content creation

  • influencer marketing

  • creative direction and visual identity

  • advertising services

  • consulting or strategy sessions

Once work has begun, refunds are not available under any circumstances.

2. Deposits

Project deposits are required to secure time and resources.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, even if a client chooses not to continue the project.

3. Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel a project after payment has been made:

  • no refund will be issued

  • any completed work up to that point may be delivered at our discretion

  • cancellation does not waive remaining invoice obligations if the project is already in progress

4. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are unhappy with a deliverable, we encourage open communication.
We offer reasonable revisions as outlined in your project agreement, but this does not qualify for a refund.

5. Missed or Delayed Client Deliverables

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • delays caused by clients

  • lack of feedback

  • missing content or assets

  • changes in strategy initiated by the client

These may result in timeline adjustments but do not qualify for refunds.

6. Digital Products (if applicable)

For any digital downloads, templates, or resources:

  • all sales are final

  • no refunds or exchanges

  • no exceptions for accidental purchases or change of mind
